How long will it take to complete my job?
In almost all cases you will get a reply to your first email within a few hours, unless it arrives during the night. The reply will contain a quote for the work, or in those cases where the job needs clarification it will contain the relevant questions to ensure we get the job right. You may prefer to do this by phone. If it's a pre-priced job then you will simply receive the completed job, with a request for payment normally within 24 hours.

There is a commitment to take jobs, no matter how small. Our cheapest job is only £2.00! You will be building a professional but friendly relationship with an individual, who will personally recall any previous work he has done with you. It is also our aim to keep our costs low, achieve a lot in a short amount of time and pass all the savings onto our customers.

Your call may well be answered during the evenings and weekends aswell. If you call us, we are happy to call you right back, wherever you are in the world. Or simply just email us your number.

Also, although it is not our preferred way of communication you are free to post anything that is necessary for completing the job, however the cost of returning an item will normally be added to the price, unless agreed otherwise (i.e. A small postage cost would not be added to a job of over £50).
That phone number isn't in the U.K. Where are you based?
Spain. We have found that this has also helped us in our commitment to pass on savings to the customer. It is also a very agreeable working environment.
