You may prefer to do this by phone. If it's a pre-priced job then you will simply receive the completed job, with a request for payment normally within 24 hours.

You will be building a professional but friendly relationship with an individual, who will personally recall any previous work he has done with you. Also, although it is not our preferred way of communication you are free to post anything that is necessary for completing the job, however the cost of returning an item will normally be added to the price, unless agreed otherwise (i.e. A small postage cost would not be added to a job of over £50).
